Hi, I'm Amy, from the beautiful seaside town ship of Port Fairy; proudly voted "The worlds most livable community."


I've always been the creative type, from a very young age you could find me making home made gifts & cards for family members, sewing together fabric off cuts for my dolls & bears, as well helping Mum re-decorate the house & my four younger siblings, Sorry Mum! As I grew older my 'larger than life' family moved into a country pub & I found myself often helping in the kitchen, from here my appreciation for food had only just begun. As soon as I was old enough to get a job I went to work in a local delicatessen where I found a love for all things cheese & antipasto; this is a strong committed love that has continually grown over the years. Cheese & antipasto to me are the perfect match for a love affair, a bond that can never be broken but only ever be enhanced, by fruit pastes, nuts, bread, biscuits and of course wine!

'Platters on Point' is a creative expression of my fondness of fine cheese, cured meats, olives, fruit pastes and basically anything you can pair them with to complete the experience. I endeavor to style & create delicious, bespoke masterpieces that will reflect your party, event or occasion & bring something a little different & "scrumdiddliuptious" to the table. Not only can I take the hard work out of creating something exquisite for you & your guests, that you can remember for years to come; I work hard & put a lot of time & care into making your grazing experience personalized & just right for you!
